Tim Condon - President & CEO

Tim joined AAA in 2014. Under his leadership, we are transforming AAA for the next century with a mission to create Members for Life by unleashing the innovative spirit of our Team Members.

In the past five years, AAA NCNU has welcomed 1.6 million new Members and grown sales by $1.2 billion. In 2016, we opened A3Ventures, an innovation laboratory.

Prior to joining AAA NCNU, Tim led Canada's British Columbia Automobile Association (BCAA).

Osh O'Crowley
Chief Sales Officer

Osh joined AAA in 2012 with more than 20 years of experience in organizations from pre-IPO startups to multinational corporations.

As Chief Sales Officer, Osh is responsible for delivering outstanding experiences to our club's 6 million Members. He oversees multiple-channel touch points by more than 2,100 Team Members within the club's branch and call center network, and growth strategy for membership and insurance revenue.

Prior to this role, Osh served as our CIO. He owns two patents for his innovations in technology management.

Todd Burger
Chief Experience Officer

Todd joined the American Automobile Association (AAA) in 1996 and currently serves as Chief Experience Officer of AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah. He brings more than 20 years of extensive AAA leadership experience to his role.

As Chief Experience Officer, Todd is responsible for ensuring AAA's legendary roadside assistance continues to deliver great value to Members. He leads more than 1,500 Team Members across seven states, including the Club's fleet of tow technicians and call receivers. Additionally, Todd manages our Organizational Readiness, Real Estate and Community & Advocacy teams.

Todd began his career in the Army, serving 8 years. He holds an MBA from Saint Mary's College.

Laura Ziegler
Chief Marketing Officer

Laura joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah in 2008.

In her current role as Chief Marketing Officer, Laura is responsible for setting the long-term marketing and product direction to drive the club's revenue growth across its core business: Membership, Insurance and Travel.

Laura is our only Senior Leader who has held leadership positions in the Marketing, Sales, and Road Service divisions, including as Chief Experience Officer - Road Service.

Laura received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Arizona State University.

Kamili Mooreland
Executive VP, Chief Legal & People Officer

Kamili joined AAA in June 2011 and brings more than 21 years of legal experience.

Kamili is responsible for managing litigation and compliance issues, as well as providing advice and counsel to management on legal matters related to business operations including our Sales Agency, Emergency Road Service, and Member Relations.

Kamili received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, from Spelman College and her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco.

Clay Creasey
Chief Financial Officer

Clay joined AAA in 2016 with more than 25 years of experience as a chief financial officer. Clay is responsible for the club's accounting, financial planning and analysis, investments, risk management, real estate and legal terms.

Before joining AAA, Clay was a Director of Sun Bancorp, where he served as Chair of the Audit Committee. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Toys "R" Us Inc., for eight years. Clay has an MBA from Stanford University and he is a certified public accountant.

Gopal Krishnan
Chief Innovation Officer

Gopal joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah in 2019 with more than 25 years of experience as a technology leader and innovator at multiple Fortune 500 companies.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer, Gopal is responsible for leading the Club's business strategy and innovation agenda.

Gopal holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool (UK) and a Master's of Science in Physics.

Michael A. Hetke
President & CEO, AAA Smart Home

Mike is President & CEO of AAA Smart Home, the new alarm monitoring and smart home company from AAA.

His team is working to transform AAA Smart Home into the most trusted security provider in America.

Mike joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah in 2012 as Vice President of Product Management and has 15 years of extensive leadership experience in product and new business development.

He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona and has completed executive education programs at both Harvard Business School and Oxford.

Bruce Burrows
Chief Technology Officer

Bruce joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah in 2019 as Chief Technology Officer, bringing more than three decades of information technology and data security experience to AAA.

Before joining AAA, Bruce worked with Fortune 500 companies and Silicon Valley innovators like HP, ArcSight and Symantec, as well as customer-focused companies like OppenheimerFunds and Price Waterhouse.

Bruce graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University.

Shawn Jones
Executive Vice President, Chief Call Center Officer

Shawn joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah in 2012 with more than 20 years of experience in sales and strategic operations.

As EVP, Chief Call Center Officer, Shawn oversees our Club's Utah and Arizona based Member Service Centers and our Work-from-Home Team Member program. Shawn is focused on growing annual new business sales and delivering quality road service operations to support our 6.1 Million AAA Members.

Shawn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
