Marshall L. Doney, President & CEO 

He began his AAA career in 1984 with AAA Wisconsin. Marshall joined AAA in 1991 as Director, Strategic Planning and Research, and again in 1996 in the role of Vice President, Automotive Services.

With 40 years of diverse experience working with AAA clubs, he is well-positioned for his role as President and CEO of AAA NCNU. Marshall previously served as Director of Marketing and Service Quality at the Automobile Club of New York and Staff Director of Marketing and Member Services at AAA Wisconsin.

A graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration.

Osh O'Crowley, Chief Retail  Officer

Osh joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah in 2012 and brings more than 20 years of diverse experience in organizations that range from burgeoning pre-IPO startups to successful multinational corporations.

Osh oversees the AAA branch office network throughout Northern California, our largest market. His focus is on ensuring our Members are treated to the legendary service the organization is known for while creating an environment for Team Members that sets them up to build successful careers.

Kamili Moreland, Chief People Officer & General Counsel 

Kamili joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah in June 2011 and brings more than 21 years of legal experience.

In her role as the Chief People Officer & General Counsel, Kamili is responsible for managing litigation and compliance issues and overseeing the club’s Human Resources and Learning & Development.

She is also charged with supporting and advising AAA NCNU Board of Directors and Executive management on matters of corporate governance as our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

Laura Zeigler, Chief Strategy Officer

In her current role as Chief Operating Officer, Laura is responsible for leveraging the connectivity between multiple divisions at MWG including Auto Repair, Marketing, Social Impact and Communications. She’s charged with bringing all these divisions together to provide a unified voice for the legendary brand of AAA and added value for our more than 6 million Members.

As a forward thinker, Laura is helping to prepare the organization for  what is to come five years from now and beyond, including advancing innovative strategies that allow us to better serve our Members.

Todd Burger, Chief Automotive Officer

Todd joined the American Automobile Association (AAA) in 1996 and currently serves as Chief Experience Officer of AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah. He brings more than 20 years of extensive AAA leadership experience to his role.

​​​​​​​As Chief Experience Officer, Todd is responsible for ensuring AAA’s legendary roadside assistance continues to deliver great value to Members. He leads more than 1,500 Team Members across seven states, including the Club’s fleet of tow technicians and call receivers. His team is focused on developing smart business practices that enhance AAA’s operational effectiveness and improve the Member experience. Additionally, Todd manages our Organizational Readiness, Real Estate, and Community & Advocacy teams.

Bruce Burroughs, Chief Technology Officer  Bruce joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah in 2019 as Chief Technology Officer, bringing more than three decades of information technology and data security experience to AAA.

​​​​​​​Before joining AAA, Bruce worked with Fortune 500 companies and Silicon Valley innovators like HP, ArcSight and Symantec, as well as customer-focused companies like OppenheimerFunds and Price Waterhouse. He helped launch and run Technology Angle, a Bay Area company that helps businesses build exceptional IT and security departments.

Michael A. Hetke, President & CEO, AAA Smart Home 


Mike is President & CEO of AAA Smart Home, the new alarm monitoring and smart home company from AAA. ​

His team is working to transform AAA Smart Home into the most trusted home security provider in America.

In the past year, he has ushered in a new brand, Member-focused culture, and launched a new product suite.

Mike led the acquisition of AAA Smart Home in 2018 while he was Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Innovation Officer, where he operated the Club’s first innovation lab, A3Ventures. Under his tenure, the lab developed exciting new products like GIG Car Share, the Bay Area’s first one-way car sharing service.

Brian MacAdam, Chief Marketing Officer
Brian joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah (NCNU) in 2015 after more than 15 years of experience in finance, analytics, corporate strategy, business development, and marketing working at several national retail organizations in the US and Canada.

As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Brian is responsible for setting the long-term marketing and product direction to drive the club’s revenue growth across its core businesses: Membership, Insurance and Travel. This includes all marketing, brand, and advertising efforts, including digital marketing, direct marketing and sports marketing partners with the San Francisco Giants, Las Vegas Golden Knights, and Arizona State University.

John Walter, Chief Auto Repair Officer John Walter has over 29 years of experience in the automotive industry. Prior to joining AAA in 2008, John founded his own automotive company, which he led for 15 years, developing the Arizona market to 17 Repair locations. Real estate development, project management, and operational oversight were part of his purview in this role.

Currently, Mr. Walter leads the AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah (NCNU) auto repair business in Arizona, accelerating the growth of the business by more than 4X since the 2016 merger of AAA Arizona with NCNU.

He has been instrumental in acquisitions, retrofits and new builds, and there are now 39 repair locations across the NCNU footprint that will generate more than $67mm in revenue this year.

Dustin Cramer, Chief Financial Officer


Dustin's relationship with AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah began in 2012 and he currently sits as the organization’s Chief Financial Officer.

In that role he’s responsible for overseeing a team of 250+ people managing the daily transactions, close and planning process for NCNU’s +$4 billion business across multiple product offerings.

During his time with NCNU, he has developed a deep understanding of our Members through involvement in business analysis, leadership development programs, employee recruiting and back-office operations.

Shawn Jones, Chief Sales Officer 


Shawn joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah in 2012 with more than 20 years of experience in sales and strategic operations.

Shawn is responsible for the AAA branch office network that spans six states including Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Montana, Wyoming and Alaska as well as call center sales teams in Utah and Arizona.

In his previous role as Executive Vice President, Chief Call Center Officer, Shawn managed our Member Service Centers and our Work-from-Home Team Member program. With responsibility for over 1,000 Team Members, Shawn focused on growing annual new business sales and delivering quality road service operations to support our 6.1 Million AAA Members.

Dan Hutchinson, Chief Roadside Serivce Officer

Dan joined AAA in 2008 and currently serves as Chief Road Service Officer of AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah.

As Chief Road Service Officer, Dan is responsible for ensuring AAA’s legendary roadside assistance continues to deliver great value to Members.

He leads more than 1,600 Team Members across seven states, including the Club’s fleet of tow technicians and call receivers. His team is focused on developing smart business practices that enhance AAA’s operational effectiveness and improve the Member experience for the next century.


Dan brings exceptional leadership skills, Member focus and a passion for being a great place for our Road Service heroes to work every day.

Clay Creasey, Chief Mergers & Aquisitions Officer

Clay Creasey is the Chief Mergers and Acquisitions Officer of AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah (NCNU).

Clay brings a wealth of experience to this role, having served as AAA NCNU’s interim CEO and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for eight years.

His leadership is instrumental in developing enterprise-wide strategies and implementing programs that align with AAA's mission to deliver legendary Member experiences.

Clay holds a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University and an MBA from the Stanford University School of Business.
