AAA MWG Benefits

Health Plans and Well-Being Programs

We pay, on average, 75% of Team Member health costs including access to the mental health and wellness platform, Modern Health.

Paid Volunteer Time and Matching Gift Program

Full-time Team Members receive up to 24 hours of Paid Volunteer Time Off each year. MWG also periodically matches 100% of eligible donations, up to $5000 per Team Member.

Employee Discounts

AAA MWG Partnership with Fisher House

The Fisher House Foundation builds comfort homes where military and veteran families can stay free of charge while a loved one is in the hospital. The homes are located at military and VA medical centers around the country. Each Fisher House has multiple suites, with private bedrooms and bathrooms, Families share a common kitchen, laundry facilities, dining room and living room.
